Blockglow is published by Spec Social, Inc. (Los Angeles, California, USA).
Blockglow stores your scores, settings, and progress on your device only. We do not operate accounts and do not collect your name, email, or contacts. Photos you use in Picture mode are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded anywhere.
The App Store version of Blockglow shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the IDFA, where permitted) and usage signals to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's privacy policy. On iOS, personalized advertising only occurs if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, ads are non-personalized. Purchasing "Remove Ads" disables forced interstitial advertising.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Blockglow is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will address it.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time: on iOS, decline (or revoke) tracking permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and ads will be non-personalized. In the European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland, a consent prompt lets you decline personalized ads inside the app.
Under California law, the use of device identifiers by our advertising partner to serve personalized ads may be considered "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. California residents may opt out of such sharing at any time by declining the iOS tracking prompt (or turning it off in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking), which limits advertising to non-personalized ads. California residents also have the right to know what categories of personal information are processed (the identifiers and usage signals described under "Advertising" above — we collect nothing else), the right to deletion, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, contact us at the address below; we honor requests within the timelines required by law.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
